As the academic year comes to an end, GBN has announced the final exam schedule for seniors. The exams will take place on May 24 and May 25, during regular class time.

Five GBS alumni have won a National Student Production Award for their short-form fiction film, "Free Time," produced by a team of advanced TV and film students from the class of 2022, 2023, and 2024. The film is about teenagers discovering a time machine and exploring different generations.
Glenbrook South's yearbook Etruscan recently won the Pacemaker 100 award from the National Scholastic Press Association (NSPA). The award is in honor of NSPA's 100th anniversary to recognize the top 100 programs in the country.
Four editors from "The Oracle" were recognized for their work at the Journalism Education Association (JEA) national convention in St. Louis, MO, in November 2023.
