The Class of 2023 graduation ceremony will occur Sunday, June 4, 2023, at the Rosemont Theatre (5400 N. River Rd., Rosemont, IL).
The ceremony begins at 4 p.m.; however, guests must arrive by 3:30 p.m. to be seated before the start of the ceremony. Any guests arriving after 3:30 p.m. will be seated in the balcony after the processional of graduates portion of the ceremony. The ceremony will conclude at approximately 6:30 p.m.
Ceremony
Seniors must be in the theater wearing their cap and gown no later than 3 p.m.
Seniors who have a scholar stole or National Honor Society cord should take photos before arriving. The cords and stoles will be returned to staff members as the graduate leaves the stage.
Professional graduation photos will be taken by GradImages and proofs will be sent to graduates after June 4.
Live stream
Graduation will be live-streamed and a link will be shared with graduates before graduation.
Information for attendees
Everyone who attends the ceremony regardless of age will need a ticket to be admitted to the venue.
Seating
Visitors who need special seating accommodations should arrive early at the theater because seating is first come first served.
No one will be allowed on the main floor of the theater after 3:30 p.m.
Guest arriving after 3:30 p.m. will be seated in the balcony at the conclusion of the processional at the House Manager's discretion.
Cap and Gown Donations
Graduates may donate caps and gowns to underserved schools around the country by bringing them to Glenbrook South and placing them in the box in the front lobby by June 15, 2023. Jostens will take care of the donations.
