Freshmen

At Glenbrook South High School, freshmen orientation is known as "The Titan Experience". Upon arrival, students will receive an orientation agenda, their class schedule, and a Titan t-shirt! Students meet their counselor, walk their schedule, and participate in a We Are Titans social activity. Information on counselor assignments and where to meet them will be shared closer to the event.

August 10, 2026 Schedule

Drop off students at 8 a.m. as a welcome presentation starts promptly at 8:15 a.m. in the Auditorium. Freshmen will be grouped by counselor and Transfer students will sit together as a group. 

Students may dropped off and picked up at the following doors:

• Door D (near Main Entrance) - south side of the building
• Door O (Auditorium) - west side of the building
• Door OO (Fieldhouse) - north side of the building

Titan Experience concludes at 10:15 a.m. unless a student would like additional time to walk their class schedule. Students should be picked up at the same doors listed above.

Students should wait until the first day of school to bring course materials such as books, Chromebooks, etc. They are not needed during orientation.  If they cannot get their school materials the week of August 3-7, students may visit the Bookstore after orientation from 10:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. Questions about school materials, fees, and Bookstore appointments should be emailed to GBSBookstore@glenbrook225.org.

Enrollment

Each year, students that have attended a Glenbrook High School in the prior year are asked to confirm intent to return in the fall.  This process typically opens in June. 

The annual student enrollment process is completed entirely online and consists of the steps outlined below.  All steps must be completed for all students by the first day of school.  Students with incomplete enrollment records will be pulled from class to contact their parents and may be excluded from school if their records remain incomplete on the fifth day of school.

Annual registration begins in April 

Registration is online and consists of completing an enrollment verification application, submitting required health documents for the student and paying student fees. All steps must be completed for the student to attend school the following year.
