Michael Stancik
Coach Stancik has been the head coach of GBS girls water polo since 2014. Before that he was the assistant boys coach for 8 years. Coach Stancik played HS water polo for Br. Rice High School where he was part of 2 ISA state champion teams, earning 1st team honors his senior year. He played a year of club water polo at the University of Illinois. More recently, he has been the player coach of the Glenbrook Aquatics masters water polo team from 2010 to 2018. He feels very grateful to be able to coach and play the sport that he loves.
