Young Progressives Club

Sponsor(s):
Meeting Information: Wednesday (monthly)- First Wednesday of each month- Before school- Room 1159
The primary goal of this club is to make opportunities for progressive political action more accessible and attractive. We want to encourage civic engagement and promote progressive policies and candidates. We feel we could create an educational environment to discuss, debate, and learn about enacting policies to protect LGBTQ+ rights, invest in underprivileged communities, ensure universal health care, provide free college education, and implement many other progressive ideals in America. We hope to encourage students to campaign and/or vote for local, state, and national candidates who stand for our values.
