Electives Workshop for Incoming Freshmen
9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, Schoolwide
This is an opportunity to learn more about possible electives offered at GBS prior to registration. Students will be able to participate in two workshop sessions from offerings in Career & Technical Education, English, Fine Arts, and Social Studies. Incoming Freshman Athletics and Activities Fair
6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29, Fieldhouse
Incoming freshmen and their parents will have an opportunity to explore various clubs, activities and sports. We know from experience and from research that students who participate in these extracurricular opportunities are more successful in the classroom. This is a drop-in event where attendees can talk with current high school students about offerings. We encourage families to come when they can.
